Description

  • Lead the development of brand strategies, positioning, messaging frameworks, and digital experience recommendations.
  • Connect creative and strategic recommendations to client goals, audience insights, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Translate research and business insights into brand narratives, messaging platforms, and customer experience strategies.
  • Establish the strategic and creative vision for client engagements.
  • Develop creative briefs with clear direction, measurable objectives, and actionable guidance.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across branding, web, UX/UI, content, digital marketing, and campaign development.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback that strengthens ideas and protects brand integrity.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and marketing leaders.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews, audience research, competitive analysis, surveys, and workshop facilitation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading brand, digital, or integrated creative initiatives within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience developing brand strategies, creative campaigns, digital experiences, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of branding, UX/UI, web design, digital marketing, content strategy, and customer experience.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, content, marketing, and technology.
  • Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into simple, compelling creative solutions.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and facilitating strategic workshops.
  • Strong understanding of modern digital ecosystems, including websites, CMS platforms, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.
  • Collaborative leadership style grounded in curiosity, empathy, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, enterprise organizations, or emerging brands (preferred).
