Description

  • Create motion and video content from concept to completion across brand campaigns, performance marketing, product storytelling, and social channels.
  • Maintain and evolve motion principles and build reusable templates and scalable motion systems.
  • Produce polished motion design and video edits using tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Apply strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, and music selection to video projects.
  • Partner closely with marketing and other teams to explain creative decisions and incorporate feedback.
  • Support and occasionally guide junior designers, interns, freelancers, and external agencies on shared projects.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and agencies to ensure deliverables align with brand standards.
  • Flag risks early and solve problems to keep projects moving forward.
  • Explore new tools, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in motion design and video production with a portfolio showing ownership across brand, marketing, and product work.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and the ability to translate guidelines into consistent motion across channels.
  • Hands-on proficiency with motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and sound in video work.
  • Confident collaborating cross-functionally and explaining creative thinking to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable supporting or informally guiding other designers or collaborators, even without formal management experience.
  • Curious and adaptable with new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience with generative video tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Sora, or Mito is a plus.
  • Experience with AI voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs or Adobe Podcast is a plus.
  • Experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly is a plus.
