Description

Deliver personalized support to German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Guide customers through software features and property integrations with major OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, system logs, and setup configurations.
De-escalate difficult customer situations and turn complex issues into positive experiences.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to share feedback and improve the platform.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the customer support knowledge base.

Requirements

Native or professional fluency in written and spoken German at C1/C2 level.
Strong professional English skills.
Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
Strong technical aptitude with logical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with Zendesk, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms is a strong plus.
Resilient, adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team.
