Description

  • Research target distribution and warehouse companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to senior executives by phone, email, and social media.
  • Gather account insights through discovery conversations and effective questioning.
  • Record accurate account information and profiles in Salesforce.
  • Qualify accounts against target criteria and distinguish productive leads.
  • Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions and continually improve product and sales knowledge.
  • Maintain knowledge of Loadsmart’s operations, processes, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, and sales leaders to improve prospecting cadence and messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of direct sales or lead-generation experience with a consistent quota-achievement record.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Project-management skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technology solutions, business processes, and competitive positioning.
