Description

Manage your own caseload and client relationships.
Work remotely with full flexibility over your diary.
Build and develop your own client network and pipeline.
Operate under the umbrella of a fully regulated and insured firm.
Focus on fee earning and delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
Work independently while managing the full residential conveyancing process.
Collaborate with the firm’s support teams and Conveyancing Manager as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, CILEX professional, or CLC Licensed Conveyancer, although strong experience will be considered.
Strong residential conveyancing experience across the full process.
Experience working independently and managing your own clients.
Existing client following, or a clear plan to generate work.
Commercially minded and self-motivated.
Set up, or willing to set up, as a self-employed consultant.
Ability to work within a self-employed consultant model.
Experience in conveyancing with autonomy and accountability.
Open to professionals who want to directly benefit from the work they generate.
