Description

  • Manage your own caseload and client relationships.
  • Work remotely with full flexibility over your diary.
  • Build and develop your own client network and pipeline.
  • Operate under the umbrella of a fully regulated and insured firm.
  • Focus on fee earning and delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
  • Work independently while managing the full residential conveyancing process.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s support teams and Conveyancing Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, CILEX professional, or CLC Licensed Conveyancer, although strong experience will be considered.
  • Strong residential conveyancing experience across the full process.
  • Experience working independently and managing your own clients.
  • Existing client following, or a clear plan to generate work.
  • Commercially minded and self-motivated.
  • Set up, or willing to set up, as a self-employed consultant.
  • Ability to work within a self-employed consultant model.
  • Experience in conveyancing with autonomy and accountability.
  • Open to professionals who want to directly benefit from the work they generate.
