Description

Lead visual direction across client campaigns from concept through final delivery.
Develop campaign concepts, visual systems, and social-first creative independently or with copywriters.
Define and maintain the look, feel, tone, consistency, and quality across brand touchpoints.
Present creative work to internal teams and clients and refine ideas based on feedback.
Design with performance goals in mind, using visual decisions to influence CTR, engagement, and conversion.
Partner with media and strategy teams to turn data insights into stronger creative iterations and A/B test variants.
Give designers and writers clear direction and actionable feedback throughout execution.
Use AI tools daily to ideate, produce, and work more efficiently.
Collaborate closely with writers, designers, media, and strategy teams on multiple projects at once.
Bring a solution-first approach to deadlines, ambiguity, and shifting project needs.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of art direction experience, ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment.
A portfolio demonstrating range from brand storytelling to high-performing paid social and performance creative.
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate original ideas.
Working knowledge of performance creative principles, including testing, iteration, platform best practices, and optimization.
AI tools already integrated into your ideation, production, and execution workflow.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills for creative and non-creative stakeholders.
A sharp eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Comfort managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other video editing tools is preferred.
Basic French proficiency is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
