Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot applications and integration services.
  • Build and support integrations using APIs, web services, messaging, Apache Camel, and integration patterns.
  • Design and consume REST and SOAP APIs using JSON and XML.
  • Develop and optimize data models, SQL queries, and persistence solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems.
  • Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Apply secure coding, performance, maintainability, and scalability practices.
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering, QA, product, and business teams.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Java expertise.
  • Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs and web services.
  • Understanding of backend architecture and distributed application concepts.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling and SQL.
  • Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle in production environments.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills and ability to work effectively on distributed teams.
  • Apache Camel or similar integration framework experience preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns, SaaS or third-party integrations, cloud platforms, messaging, or event-driven architectures preferred.
  • Front-end experience with Angular or React, CI/CD knowledge, or a related bachelor’s degree preferred.
