Description

  • Architect and develop modular .NET Core microservices using Domain-Driven Design, bounded contexts, aggregates, and CQRS.
  • Design and implement event-driven solutions using publish/subscribe workflows and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka.
  • Build and maintain gRPC APIs, including protobuf contracts, service definitions, versioning, and low-latency streaming patterns.
  • Model data schemas in MS SQL Server and optimize Entity Framework Core queries for performance and scalability.
  • Profile systems, identify bottlenecks, and improve throughput using caching, indexing, async patterns, and other tuning techniques.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and secrets management in line with secure coding and compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Front-end, and Mobile teams to clarify requirements and support delivery.
  • Lead code reviews and share best practices across the team.
  • Provide high-level effort estimates and adjust plans effectively under pressure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#.
  • Deep understanding of both .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong background in microservices and distributed systems programming models.
  • Proven experience with event-driven architectures, including pub/sub and event sourcing.
  • Strong proficiency with gRPC and protobuf.
  • Expert-level experience with Entity Framework Core and MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, indexing, and migrations.
  • Solid experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Strong knowledge of GOF design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals such as HTTP and TCP/IP.
  • Demonstrated ability to profile and optimize high-throughput services.
  • Strong experience with multithreading programming models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, estimation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining commitments.
