Description

  • Architect and maintain the data model for all integrations.
  • Build backend logic connecting HighLevel, Back Nine, and Full Swing APIs.
  • Implement real-time synchronization, error handling, and data integrity safeguards.
  • Develop scalable provisioning for new franchise sub-accounts.
  • Map membership, booking, form, revenue, and performance data into the appropriate HighLevel records and fields.
  • Support secure authentication and two-way data sync between systems.
  • Document the integration for deployment, maintenance, and future development.
  • Communicate progress clearly with leadership, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building HighLevel Marketplace apps.
  • Deep knowledge of HighLevel API v2, OAuth, scopes, and app publishing.
  • Strong backend engineering skills, with Node.js preferred.
  • Experience integrating complex third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant, franchise, or distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of webhooks, sync queues, and logging systems.
  • Excellent database design and data mapping skills.
  • Experience with Full Swing API or similar sports/performance tracking systems is a bonus.
  • Experience connecting SaaS apps into HighLevel is a bonus.
  • Stripe or subscription billing integration experience is a bonus.
  • Background in golf or sports tech is a bonus.
  • Able to work within a 30- to 90-day success window to deliver a working sync and prepare the app for Marketplace submission if needed.
