Description

  • Review text, video, image, and audio posts on online games, social media platforms, and forums for compliance with client policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate directly with players as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members in Japan and overseas.
  • Support the maintenance of safe and comfortable online communities.
  • Prepare reports and other required documentation.
  • Help protect players, communities, and client game companies from inappropriate content.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English or higher (TOEIC 800 equivalent preferred).
  • Basic PC skills, including Excel, Word, and email handling.
  • Interest in games and social media.
  • Experience managing or moderating online communities is welcome.
  • Ability to stay emotionally steady, self-aware, and analytical.
  • Ability to multitask and respond flexibly to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Applicants without a TOEIC score are welcome if they have equivalent English ability through study abroad or overseas work experience.
  • Must be available to work a 5-day shift schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • PC, internet connection, microphone, and webcam are required for online assessments.
