Description

  • Translate English content into Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) for localization deliverables.
  • Complete a translation test and any required onboarding documents for review by translation leads.
  • Work as part of a growing global freelance translation team.
  • Handle localization work for video game-related content.
  • Manage work independently with an autonomous workflow.
  • Use translation tools and TM/terminology management systems as part of the localization process.

Requirements

  • Excellent written proficiency in Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) suitable for localization deliverables.
  • Extensive knowledge of English.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience in the translation field.
  • Minimum 3 years of localization experience.
  • Gaming localization expertise and/or a strong passion for video games.
  • Computer skills, including experience with translation tools and TM/terminology management.
  • Open to freelance translators and agencies/LSPs worldwide.
  • Ability to work as a freelancer rather than as a full-time employee.
