Description

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across web, mobile, and AI-native applications.
  • Translate ambiguous ideas and requirements into user flows, prototypes, and working solutions.
  • Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, v0, and Lovable throughout the design and development workflow.
  • Build and iterate on prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready experiences.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to solve complex user problems.
  • Present design decisions and product recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluate and improve AI-assisted design and development workflows.
  • Balance speed, experimentation, and product quality in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

  • Experience designing digital products in agencies, consultancies, product studios, or fast-paced product organizations.
  • Strong UI/UX fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and product thinking.
  • Proven ability to own products from concept through delivery.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to create prototypes, applications, side projects, or production-ready solutions.
  • Understanding of frontend concepts including components, responsive layouts, design systems, and application state.
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and identify when refinement is needed.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience with modern frontend technologies preferred.
  • Experience creating AI-powered applications, agents, or conversational interfaces preferred.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows preferred.
  • Personal projects demonstrating experimentation with AI tools and emerging technologies preferred.
