Description

  • Work through prioritized technical debt in an established web application.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and independently resolve application issues.
  • Improve web accessibility, quality, and maintainability.
  • Own assigned work from definition through completion within an established sprint cadence.
  • Collaborate with backend engineering, QA, and Production on priorities, dependencies, and delivery.
  • Create clean, well-scoped pull requests with clear documentation and address code review feedback.
  • Identify and communicate technical risks, blockers, and dependencies affecting delivery.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience building and maintaining production digital experiences as a Frontend or Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
  • Experience working in established codebases and resolving technical debt.
  • Experience identifying and fixing web accessibility issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with clean pull request practices, sensible scoping, and code review.
  • Comfort working in Agile or sprint-based development environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, QA, and Production.
  • Ability to onboard quickly and make progress with minimal oversight.

Benefits

  • Contract pay range of $60–$89 per hour, adjusted based on location, experience, and skill set.
  • Three regional pay ranges with cost-of-living adjustments.
  • Potential benefits in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
  • Contract engagement from September 14 through October 30 at approximately 20 hours per week.
