Description

  • Develop applications with C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, Bootstrap, and Entity Framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define requirements.
  • Design and develop web API and other software integration solutions.
  • Analyze, design, and plan solutions using industry best practices and team conventions.
  • Apply OWASP guidelines and enforce secure development standards.
  • Estimate project effort, assess risks, and adhere to code standards.
  • Debug software, resolve defects, and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Create unit tests, conduct code reviews, and document designs and implementations.
  • Automate tasks, improve processes, and maintain current SDLC and healthcare-domain knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack web development experience with .NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • 5+ years of experience with React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core/Framework, RESTful API design, and relational databases.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
  • Experience developing cloud-native solutions for Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with third-party and internal integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality, secure, reliable, tested, and documented software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or Devin.ai is highly preferred; greenfield development experience is preferred.

  • Base salary of $70–$85 per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
