Description

  • Act as a technical anchor by supporting teammates with architectural decisions, implementation approaches, and technical blockers.
  • Define and improve engineering standards, including code review guidelines, release workflows, and documentation expectations.
  • Design and develop backend services, web tools, APIs, and integrations using C# and .NET.
  • Build and maintain responsive frontend functionality using JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks.
  • Refactor and modernize legacy automation logic into scalable, code-based solutions.
  • Optimize database structures, data flows, and service-to-service communication.
  • Lead production issue investigations, including root-cause analysis and system stabilization.
  • Partner with Platform, DevOps, Data, and Backend teams on infrastructure, security, and API standards.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical requirements across departments to ensure solutions fit the broader company ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of backend architecture and REST API design.
  • Solid web development skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
  • Proven experience with system integrations, data exchange, and API-based communication.
  • Ability to safely refactor legacy systems without disrupting existing business processes.
  • Deep familiarity with Git, advanced branching strategies, code reviews, and release pipelines.
  • Strong debugging skills with an understanding of logging, monitoring, and production support workflows.
  • At least B2 level of English.
  • Ukrainian and/or Russian fluency is required.
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Python for lightweight automation, scripting, parsing, or data processing is preferred.
  • Experience with browser automation and scraping tools such as Playwright, Selenium, UiPath, or RPA is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations, prompt-based workflows, or model-based decision logic is preferred.
  • Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or workflow automation tools like n8n is preferred.
  • Previous experience acting as a Tech Lead or Mentor on small-to-medium projects is preferred.
  • Experience with SignalR, Windows Services, Azure, or ASP.NET is preferred.
