Description

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
  • Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design to create learner-centric experiences.
  • Design and curate learning solutions across formats including eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job activities.
  • Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
  • Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to deliver learning initiatives on schedule.

Requirements

  • Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs such as GPT-4.
  • Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Creative problem-solver who can make learning experiences smarter and more engaging.
  • Experience working with adult learners and blended learning programs (preferred).
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with SMEs and stakeholders (preferred).
