Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to support growth attainment.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.
  • Work across a variety of industries and adapt to different client needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in hospitality, client success, or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Empathetic understanding of client needs and the ability to address them effectively.
  • Ability to address challenges proactively and offer solutions.
  • Experience working in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
