Description

Design compelling visual assets for digital marketing projects using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and related tools.
Create layouts and resize graphics for different platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
Prepare illustration layers, icons, and other design elements for animation and motion graphics.
Retouch and edit images in Photoshop to a high professional standard.
Collaborate with the team to edit ads, recreate UI screens for animation, and support storyboard and concept development.
Source people photos, videos, and music for projects and maintain an organized asset library.
Adapt layouts and graphics for different countries while considering cultural sensitivities.
Design print materials such as banners, stickers, and flyers, and prepare files for printing.
Use AI tools for content generation, including JSON-based prompting and tools such as Higgsfield, KlingAI, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI.
Stay current with design trends and technologies and complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a graphic or motion designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photo editing, and AI usage.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
Advanced photo editing and retouching skills.
Strong understanding of motion design principles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English at C1 level.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
Experience with AI tools, JSON-based prompting, and tools such as Higgsfield, KlingAI, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI is required or strongly preferred.
