Description

  • Communicate with customers via Zendesk email and live chat, with no phone support.
  • Provide order-status updates, including tracking information and coordination with printers.
  • Set up exchanges for sizing issues and arrange replacements for damaged items.
  • Help customers edit order details, including shipping information and item details.
  • Research and identify apparel designs customers are seeking on the website.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining a customer-focused experience.

Requirements

  • C1 or higher English proficiency, written and spoken.
  • Strong written communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and customer-focused while troubleshooting issues.
  • Technical comfort with web applications and online tools.
  • Strong internet connection and a PC or laptop with a webcam.
  • Availability for a full-time seasonal contract of 2–3 months, ending December 31, 2026, with possible extension.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM and weekends.
  • Must be located in Romania.
  • Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required.
  • College students are encouraged to apply.
