Description

  • Communicate with customers in English via email and live chat, with no phone support.
  • Provide order-status updates, including tracking information and coordination with printers.
  • Set up exchanges for sizing issues and arrange replacements for damaged items.
  • Edit customer orders, including shipping details and item information.
  • Research and identify apparel designs customers are seeking on the website.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer operations, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience working as an individual contractor.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher, written and spoken.
  • Ability to remain composed, customer-focused, and effective while troubleshooting issues.
  • Strong teamwork, professionalism, ownership, and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Comfort using apps and digital tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal PC or laptop with a webcam.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including 3 PM–12 AM or 9 PM–6 AM, with weekend work as needed.
  • Availability for a 2–3 month contract starting October 26 or November 2, ending December 31, 2026, with possible extension.
