Description

  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback, behavior data, and industry trends to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools such as Figma.
  • Develop and maintain information architecture and intuitive user flows for web and mobile applications.
  • Produce visually consistent designs that align with brand guidelines and collaborate with the graphic design team.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing to validate design choices and improve the user experience.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate design concepts and rationale.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and apply inclusive design practices.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design system components.
  • Identify design challenges and collaborate with team members to deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio of design projects that demonstrates design skills and process.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Experience applying UX best practices, including mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • System requirements include at least 15 Mbps primary internet and 10 Mbps backup internet, an i5 desktop or laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 backup machine, a webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet dedicated home office, and a smartphone.
