Description

  • Own post-sale value realization for assigned Enterprise customers and translate sales intent into measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead customer conversations around business impact, including cost reduction, faster content production, scalable output, and global consistency.
  • Guide customers through immediate, structural, and strategic value stages over the life of the account.
  • Define, track, and reinforce outcome-based success metrics such as time-to-value, cost savings, workflow adoption, and renewal readiness.
  • Run structured business reviews in French where appropriate and document value realized throughout the contract term.
  • Own renewal readiness well ahead of expiration and proactively assess and mitigate churn risk.
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated impact, new workflows, and broader organizational adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive customer experience across EMEA and the US.
  • Localize playbooks, enablement assets, and success plans for French-speaking customers.
  • Contribute to improving the customer engagement model and operating cadence as the EMEA team scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting in a SaaS environment, preferably with AI tools.
  • Full professional fluency in French and English; ability to lead executive-facing conversations and write customer-facing materials in French.
  • Proficiency in German is a strong plus.
  • Experience in Enterprise customer success motions, including PLG and sales-led models; EMEA enterprise experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts using business outcomes and metrics, not just activity.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and prioritizing independently in a high-autonomy contract role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Experience building repeatable customer success playbooks and processes.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • CRM proficiency, with Salesforce preferred, and familiarity with BI/data visualization tools such as Hex or similar.
