Description

  • Own the B2B product end-to-end, from discovery through roadmap definition and delivery.
  • Run product discovery with clients, HR buyers, and end users.
  • Shape the product roadmap and write clear, well-scoped requirements.
  • Drive delivery across design and engineering and own outcomes, not just tickets.
  • Track product performance, close feedback loops, and iterate based on results.
  • Keep Sales, Customer Success, and leadership aligned on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate closely with the co-founder and B2B team on product direction.
  • Translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on a B2B digital product in a startup or scale-up.
  • Strong product discovery experience, including customer interviews, hypothesis testing, and problem framing.
  • Proven track record of driving delivery across design and engineering end-to-end.
  • Active daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
  • Strong user empathy combined with business judgment.
  • Very good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to make trade-offs and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments.
  • Native-level Czech, Slovak, Polish, or Hungarian language ability and fluent English (B2+).
  • Experience shipping AI-enabled product features is a plus.
  • Background or interest in mental health, healthcare, or HR-tech is a plus.
  • Experience selling to or building for enterprise or HR buyers is a plus.
  • Technical understanding of product architecture, APIs, integrations, or data flows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and experiment evaluation is a plus.
