Description

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across U.S. markets.
  • Qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, connections, and appointments.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging and strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners and executives.
  • Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dialer tools such as Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with team communication tools such as Slack.
  • Strong work ethic, coachability, and competitive drive.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
