Description

  • Make 150 outbound cold calls per day to U.S. companies.
  • Book 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Handle prospect objections and qualify opportunities using ICP, BANT/PAINT, and MEDDIC frameworks.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure clean handoffs of qualified meetings.
  • Log structured prospect and meeting notes in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR supporting B2B campaigns.
  • Proven record of booking meetings for U.S.-based B2B companies.
  • Experience selling to U.S. SMB or mid-market accounts.
  • Strong outbound cold-calling experience, beyond warm-lead follow-up.
  • Comfort discussing ROI, marketing, growth, or technology solutions.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and understanding of B2B buyer psychology.
  • Quota-driven, resilient, and coachable approach.
  • Clear, neutral communication with an American accent.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or JustCall is an advantage.
