Description

  • Lead virtual training classes and facilitate online learning sessions for Virtual Assistants.
  • Design, organize, and deliver training courses and activities.
  • Manage classroom engagement, virtual tests, and class discussions.
  • Monitor trainee progress and conduct coaching sessions as part of performance management.
  • Assist with training needs analysis and update training materials.
  • Reinforce company policies and procedures during training.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as learning management system updates, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple training tasks.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience as a trainer.
  • Must meet minimum primary system requirements, including Intel Core i5 6th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise-cancelling feature and a camera capable of clear video output.
  • Must have a primary DSL/fiber internet connection of at least 100 mb/s contracted.
  • Must have a backup internet connection of at least 20 mb/s (cell or wired).
  • Must have backup power capable of running the workstation for at least 3 hours, typically 240Wh or higher.
