Description

  • Conduct full-cycle screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and applicant documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with workforce requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • At least 1 year of human resources experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Willing and able to work permanently from home.
  • Primary computer with at least an Intel Core i5 6th generation or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Noise-canceling USB headset and camera capable of clear video output.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and backup connection of at least 20 Mbps.
  • Backup computer or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours.
