Description

  • Monitor and evaluate virtual assistants’ performance through call and email reviews against quality guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback and coaching to virtual assistants.
  • Conduct regular audits and spot checks to verify task accuracy and completeness.
  • Document quality assurance findings, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Work closely with Client Services Managers to review VA performance metrics.
  • Communicate VA strengths and areas for improvement to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop action plans based on feedback from Client Services Managers and clients.
  • Create and maintain process flows for tasks handled by virtual assistants.
  • Develop and maintain QA forms tailored to specific tasks and client requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Fertility and Mental Health is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Primary system with at least an Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Primary internet connection with DSL/Fiber at a minimum contracted speed of 100 mb/s.
  • Backup system or UPS capable of supporting the workstation for at least 3 hours, with backup internet of at least 20 mb/s.
