Description

  • Work on a diverse range of projects addressing complex global challenges.
  • Contribute to assignments in security sector reform, governance, conflict analysis, programme evaluation, and capacity building.
  • Design strategies for client projects and field assignments.
  • Deliver training to frontline actors, government agencies, and other partners.
  • Conduct field research and provide evidence-based analysis.
  • Provide technical advice to partners in the field.
  • Support the development and implementation of programmes and grounded solutions.
  • Collaborate with communities, the private sector, and institutional stakeholders on innovative models.

Requirements

  • Experience or expertise relevant to security sector reform, governance, conflict analysis, programme evaluation, or capacity building.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in fragile or conflict-affected settings.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on varied assignments.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Open to both established experts and emerging specialists.
  • Interest in working in international cooperation, development, and security.
