Description

  • Monitor social channels to identify trends and content opportunities.
  • Develop and pitch creative concepts for static and lo-fi lifestyle video content.
  • Design, produce, edit, and write copy for social content across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Adapt content for paid media campaigns when needed.
  • Serve as on-camera talent as needed.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Stay current on short-form content trends and formats.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media strategist and community manager.
  • Create content that places food at the center through prep, styling, and presentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management for a brand or organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, and CapCut.
  • Experience with Instagram and TikTok, including video editing.
  • Strong content creation skills aligned with brand strategy and voice.
  • Ability to synthesize data into insights that inform creative opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for food and comfort preparing frozen foods into content-ready meals.
  • Experience with social listening and publishing tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with large brands and partner agencies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid social content formats and performance metrics is a plus.
  • Food styling experience is a plus.
