Description

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flow, and related tools.
  • Support work across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Gather and clarify business and technical requirements and translate them into development tasks.
  • Contribute to solution design, including technical approaches, integration patterns, and scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Build and maintain REST-based and API-driven integrations with external systems.
  • Use Bitbucket to support source control, deployment coordination, DevOps, and release management.
  • Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, bugs, and production support documentation.
  • Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
  • Participate in QA activities, including test support, validation, and defect resolution.
  • Support environment refreshes, sandbox maintenance, deployment readiness, and release activities.
  • Maintain and deploy Salesforce managed packages and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with project goals.

Requirements

  • Active and valid Salesforce certifications, including at minimum Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Flow.
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce solution design, configuration, customization, and platform maintenance.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into development work.
  • Experience creating and managing Jira stories, tasks, defects, and project documentation.
  • Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and API-based Salesforce development.
  • Experience using Bitbucket or similar source control tools in a Salesforce DevOps environment.
  • Experience supporting production Salesforce environments, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
  • Experience with QA support, testing coordination, defect management, and release validation.
  • Experience with environment refreshes, sandbox management, deployment support, and managed package maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and move quickly within a defined project scope.
  • Must reside in one of the approved U.S. states or Washington DC and within the physical United States.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Not open to third-party agencies, C2C arrangements, or subcontracting.
  • Travel to the closest office for the first week is required.
