Description

Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls in a timely manner.
Follow approved communication scripts for different call topics.
Identify customer needs, research information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Use company and client resources to resolve calls accurately.
Identify and act on appropriate upselling opportunities.
Switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.
Maintain punctual attendance and availability for all scheduled shifts.
Provide positive, professional service in every customer interaction.
Cross-train on additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

Must live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
3–6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred.
3–6 months of call center or office experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills, strong phone communication, verbal communication, and active-listening skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Provide a dedicated home workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
Maintain secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet with a hardwired modem or router connection; Wi-Fi and extenders are not permitted.
Provide a laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor or greater, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, 1280x768 or higher resolution, and dual monitors.
Provide a USB DSP headset, current antivirus software, and an enabled firewall; Chromebooks, netbooks, and tablets are not accepted.
