Description

Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls promptly.
Follow approved communication scripts for different call topics.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Use company and client resources to accurately resolve calls.
Identify and act on appropriate product upsell opportunities.
Switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.
Maintain punctual attendance and availability for all scheduled shifts.
Provide positive, professional customer service interactions.
Cross-train on additional work as requested.

Requirements

Must reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred.
3-6 months of call center or office experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, strong phone and verbal communication, and active-listening skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Provide a dedicated home workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
Maintain secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet with a hardwired connection; Wi-Fi and extenders are not permitted.
Provide a laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor or greater, 8GB memory, Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, 1280x768-or-higher resolution, and dual monitors.
Provide a USB DSP headset, enabled firewall, and up-to-date antivirus software; Chromebooks, netbooks, and tablets are not permitted.
