Description

Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with debit card incentive inquiries, orders, and balance questions.
Follow approved communication scripts for different call topics.
Identify customer needs, research information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Use company and client resources to resolve calls accurately.
Identify and act on appropriate upselling opportunities.
Switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.
Maintain punctual attendance and availability for all scheduled shifts.
Remain positive and professional in every customer interaction.
Cross-train on additional tasks or projects as requested.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred.
3-6 months of call center or office experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Strong phone, verbal communication, and active-listening skills.
Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Must provide a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and secure, reliable high-speed internet.
Must use a hardwired LAN connection to the modem or router; Wi-Fi and extenders are not permitted.
Must provide a laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor or higher, 8GB memory, Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, dual monitors with at least 1280x768 resolution, a USB DSP headset, current antivirus software, and an enabled firewall.
