Description

Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts for different customer inquiry topics.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Use company and client resources to handle calls accurately.
Identify opportunities to upsell products when appropriate.
Switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.
Maintain punctual attendance and availability during scheduled shifts.
Provide positive, professional customer interactions.
Cross-train on additional duties as requested.

Requirements

Must live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Must be at least 18 years old.
3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred.
3-6 months of call center or office experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Strong phone, verbal communication, and active-listening skills.
Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Must provide a dedicated home workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
Must have secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet and be hardwired to a modem or router; Wi-Fi and extenders are not permitted.
Must provide a laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor or higher, 8GB memory, Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, 1280x768+ resolution, dual monitors, USB DSP headset, enabled firewall, and up-to-date antivirus software; Chromebooks, netbooks, and tablets are not accepted.
