Description

Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Follow approved communication scripts for different call topics.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Use company and client resources to accurately resolve calls.
Identify and act on appropriate product upselling opportunities.
Switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.
Maintain punctual attendance and availability for all scheduled shifts.
Remain positive and professional in every customer interaction.
Cross-train for additional duties as requested.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred.
Previous 3-6 months of call center or office experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Strong phone, verbal communication, and active-listening skills.
Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Must live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Must provide a dedicated workspace, secure reliable high-speed internet, and a direct hardwired LAN connection; Wi-Fi and extenders are not permitted.
Must provide a laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor or greater, 8GB memory, Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, 1280x768 or higher resolution, and dual monitors.
Must have a USB DSP headset, current antivirus software, and an enabled firewall; Chromebooks, netbooks, and tablets are not permitted.
