Description

  • Manage end-to-end product provisioning for technical partners and new and existing customers.
  • Manage the free trial initiative and ensure timely provisioning for participants.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on initiatives such as Depos for All and Paid Pilot.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for implementation partner requests.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and processes.
  • Maintain a clean customer database and support data auditing and cleanup.
  • Help ensure accurate, timely access to products and services for customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of corporate experience.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Czechia or Slovakia and have legal authorization to work there.
  • Must be able to work as an independent contractor and manage applicable tax and legal compliance.
