Description

Conduct secondary research on industries, companies, consumer trends, and related market topics.
Execute store visits and retail audits to collect brand and product information.
Carry out cold calls and trade interviews with companies and associations to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
Perform data analysis, calculations, and market sizing estimations.
Interpret research findings and develop clear, structured business insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare client-ready deliverables, including written analyses, presentations, databases, and reports.
Support a range of regional and international research assignments that may vary by project.
Work on a freelance, project-based basis and collaborate on an ongoing basis when needed.

Requirements

Professional fluency in English for clear written and verbal business communication; local language proficiency is an added advantage.
Exceptional numeracy skills with the ability to interpret, cross-reference, and analyze data from diverse sources.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
Prior experience in market research or consulting is highly desirable.
Exposure to trade interviews is preferred; demonstrated experience conducting cold calls is an added advantage.
Experience with store visits, audits, or checks is preferred.
Experience in report writing and desk research is preferred.
