Description

  • Manage 50+ listings per month across assets at different stages of readiness.
  • Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and related documentation.
  • Coordinate third-party service vendors, including ordering, scheduling, and closing out work based on SLAs and asset conditions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, field agents, and internal partners, handling inbound calls, emails, and requests.
  • Validate asset readiness for sale and help ensure listings meet Entera standards for Day 1 sales and ongoing salability.
  • Support real estate pricing specialists with asset pricing and listing preparation.
  • Prepare and maintain selling systems and documentation so they are established correctly and on deadline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and keep listings moving forward.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational workflows, vendor processes, and listing readiness through knowledge-management systems.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator, or experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent seeking a transition into a coordination or operations role.
  • Direct experience working with the MLS, including listing terminology, drafting listings, and managing listing data.
  • Strong organization and exceptional time-management skills to juggle competing deadlines.
  • Ability to manage dozens of listings simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills for working with vendors, construction teams, field agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and able to manage timelines without close supervision.
  • Patient, calm, and professional when handling frequent inbound calls and last-minute requests.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in tech-enabled systems and workflows.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, data entry, and tracking.
  • Must be located in one of the following states: AZ, FL, or TX.
