Description

  • Act as the day-to-day leader for the program and manage all contract activities and the team delivering them.
  • Plan staffing and resource allocations to meet program needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government and meet regularly with the COR and program leads.
  • Provide management and technical oversight across all projects and contract activities.
  • Review deliverables to ensure they are accurate, high quality, and submitted on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program operations and align work with ICE’s goals.
  • Support briefings, presentations, training, and other program activities.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks while keeping leadership informed.
  • Develop deep working knowledge of the Worksite Enforcement program and its operations.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree (MA/MS) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree preferred in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing personnel and projects of similar scope and nature.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and applied experience in administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, and financial management.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and workload triage skills under competing priorities.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or a recognized data programming credential is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting DHS, ICE, or comparable federal enforcement or compliance programs is preferred.
