Description

  • Develop performance and UGC ad concepts with varied hooks for Meta and TikTok Shop.
  • Write actionable Notion briefs for video editors, including 1–3 script variants with hooks and body copy per project.
  • Produce approximately 3–5 creative briefs per week, with volume expected to increase.
  • Review completed video edits and provide concrete feedback in Frame through approval.
  • Create final ad names according to the Doonails naming table and complete upload checks.
  • Analyze live and completed ad performance using the hit-rate framework and Klar attribution to inform new concepts.
  • Research emerging formats, trends, and competitor ads.
  • Bring proactive strategic ideas and fresh creative angles to improve performance and counter ad fatigue.
  • Support the US expansion and TikTok Shop launch in the US and Germany with native ad concepts.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Creative Strategist or Performance Marketer developing ad concepts for Meta.
  • Experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop ad concepting is preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with the US market, consumer behavior, and pop culture; US-based candidates are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hook psychology, thumb-stop rate, and performance-marketing mechanics.
  • Ability to pair copy hooks with visual concepts such as shots, transitions, and on-screen text.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating clear, actionable video-editor briefs.
  • Experience providing constructive, specific feedback on finished video ads.
  • Ability to interpret ad performance data and turn insights into improved concepts.
  • Independent, proactive working style with strategic thinking and willingness to challenge existing approaches.
  • Native or highly fluent English; German is a strong plus.
