Description

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated performance tests for new and existing product functionality.
  • Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, investigate issues, and provide actionable insights to engineering teams.
  • Monitor application and service performance in AWS during test execution.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support performance improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing performance test suites.
  • Participate in test planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Document test results and share performance findings with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving performance testing processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing or test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Ability to work with requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot performance issues, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including Gatling and Scala.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Gatling or similar (preferred).
  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience with Docker and containerization (preferred).
