Description

  • Build realistic virtual developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, documentation, and conversations.
  • Design coding tasks from intermediate states of the environment, including the prompt and the definition of a correct solution.
  • Write functional and integration tests that validate agent solutions and distinguish correct from incorrect approaches.
  • Review AI agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate on evaluation criteria until tasks are fair, robust, and solvable by an AI agent.
  • Ensure tasks remain challenging for frontier models while still allowing multiple valid solution paths.
  • Guide and evaluate agent-generated code rather than writing the full implementation from scratch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with the core stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to assess where AI models fail and design tasks that expose meaningful differences in solution quality.
  • Comfort working in a project-based, non-permanent engagement model.
  • Willingness to submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency.
