Description

  • Own the brand’s day-to-day community strategy, engagement, moderation, and response approach across social platforms.
  • Plan and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly content calendars with creative, strategy, and client teams.
  • Manage publishing schedules and optimize timing, cadence, and platform best practices.
  • Lead post QA, verifying creative, specifications, copy, hashtags, tags, links, and URLs.
  • Write platform-native captions, comments, replies, and real-time engagement in the brand’s voice.
  • Monitor livestream chats and respond to users while escalating customer-care and crisis issues appropriately.
  • Track sentiment, conversations, trends, memes, emerging behaviors, platform features, and competitor activity.
  • Produce trend reports, performance reports, QBRs, audits, and actionable recommendations for content and creative teams.
  • Collaborate in brainstorms and surface audience insights, UGC, recurring questions, and community behaviors.
  • Advise clients on organic social strategy, culture, platform behavior, and community opportunities; provide support via Slack.
  • Work some weekends to provide coverage during key cultural moments, campaigns, and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in community management, social media, or a related role, preferably at an agency or major consumer brand.
  • Proven experience building, growing, and engaging social communities.
  • Fluency across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, social trends, memes, creator behavior, and cross-platform conversations.
  • Experience with social listening and community insights to identify sentiment, trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Experience moderating sensitive or crisis-related online conversations.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr and Monday.com.
  • Exceptional writing, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills, with confidence expressing a strategic point of view.
  • Comfort leading meetings, managing multiple stakeholders, and working quickly under pressure in real-time social environments.
