Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects focused on speech and voice AI technologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Review project plans, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
  • Partner with engineering leaders, product teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and drive decision-making across multiple teams.
  • Support system planning, user support processes, backup strategies, and security-related coordination activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and maintain organized project documentation and confidential information.
  • Collaborate with internal practice teams on thought leadership, case studies, learning materials, and Digital Transformation practice content.
  • Participate in internal networking events and career development opportunities with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects in software development environments.
  • Background in Speech AI software development, including model training, testing, or quality assurance.
  • Experience coordinating large cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading stakeholder meetings and driving project execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Java, SQL, or Visual Basic.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another Engineering discipline preferred.
  • Experience working with AI engineering teams preferred.
  • Experience supporting AI initiatives within leading technology companies or high-growth startups preferred.
  • Familiarity with speech AI, voice AI, or wearable technology development preferred.
  • Experience delivering projects in highly innovative, fast-paced product environments preferred.
  • Direct W2 candidates only; sponsorship is not available.
  • Remote within the U.S.; contractors may be required to transition onsite if office locations reopen.
  • 6-month contract duration.
