Description

  • Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in a CMS using clear, jargon-free language.
  • Develop content strategies for product changes, launches, and updates.
  • Manage multiple concurrent content projects and launches while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders to gather information and resolve feedback.
  • Draft technical, educational, and how-to content for consumers and businesses.
  • Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, usability, grammar, and editorial compliance.
  • Communicate project status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines proactively.
  • Participate in internal practice meetings, thought leadership, case studies, learning materials, and networking activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital content writing and content management experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on CMS experience, including drafting, editing, structuring, and publishing.
  • Hands-on HTML experience for digital content creation and publishing.
  • Experience with Help Center, knowledge-base, documentation, editorial, or technical writing.
  • Experience creating public-facing content for digital products.
  • Ability to manage multiple launches or projects across subject areas and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with technical, product, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, editing, content-structuring, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and quickly learn technical subject matter.
  • Portfolio link or 2–3 published writing samples required; technical, educational, Help Center, documentation, or how-to samples preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, marketing, technical writing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Direct W2 candidates only; sponsorship is unavailable.
