Description

  • Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate marketing activity across digital, social media, email, events, and webinars.
  • Manage day-to-day social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
  • Create marketing copy and collateral for campaigns, websites, promotional materials, and communications.
  • Build and apply AI-powered workflows to improve productivity, content creation, reporting, and research.
  • Automate repetitive marketing tasks and identify process improvements through AI and automation.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Plan and support client events, networking functions, seminars, webinars, and business promotions.
  • Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and performance recommendations.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, project plans, digital asset libraries, and campaign administration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing coordination, marketing operations, or digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive practical experience using AI to improve marketing productivity and output.
  • Experience building AI workflows and marketing automation processes.
  • Strong social media management experience, particularly with Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and content calendars.
  • Experience coordinating business events and webinars.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation ability.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience marketing professional services businesses (desirable).
  • Experience with webinar platforms and online event delivery (desirable).
  • Graphic design and content creation experience (desirable).
  • Paid advertising experience with Google Ads and Meta (desirable).
  • Video editing and digital content production experience (desirable).
  • Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms (desirable).

Benefits

  • Salary of $1,800 - $2,500 NZD per month.
  • Working hours aligned to NZ hours and holidays.
  • Full-time independent contractor arrangement.
