Description

Recruit, train, and certify active Evaluators from the internal database for specific projects.
Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions according to company standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.
Coordinate project status updates with the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
Handle fieldwork, pilots, and other mission execution activities within the designated area.
Work closely with global teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Support the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of local projects.
Communicate with evaluators by email and phone as part of recruitment and coordination efforts.

Requirements

Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Office skills required.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Positive, outgoing personality.
Resourceful, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with self-motivation.
Strong time management and planning/scheduling skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
Fluency in Korean required; good command of English is appreciated.
Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
