Description

Recruit, train, and certify active evaluators from the internal database for specific projects through email and phone outreach.
Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions according to company standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.
Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
Handle fieldwork, pilots, and other local project activities as part of the mission execution cycle.
Support the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of local projects.
Work closely with global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong interest in and experience with project coordination and community management.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Office skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities for project activities.
Positive and outgoing personality.
Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with self-motivation.
Strong time management and planning/scheduling skills.
Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and French is required.
Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
