Description

  • Conduct discreet in-store, online, or hybrid evaluations of luxury brands.
  • Provide objective feedback about each customer experience.
  • Select assignments that match personal profile and interests.
  • Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow project objectives and any special requirements from the brand.
  • Register on the CXG platform, complete profile verification, and access assignments.
  • Take the general certification and use the mobile app to manage missions and surveys.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is needed; honest feedback from real customers is preferred.
  • Ability to use the CXG platform and mobile application to apply for missions and submit surveys.
